My dispatch time is currently 2-7 working days as I have just launched several new items. This is so that I can double check all orders without rushing to meet a tight dispatch time. Thank you for understanding! 

UK orders are usually delivered 2-3 business days after dispatch. 

EU and international orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks but may take up to 5 weeks in exceptional cases. 

Orders are NOT sent with tracked shipping as a default. This is an optional add-on that you can choose at the checkout.

The buyer is responsible for any import duty/fees. I have no control over postal delays, but will take responsibility for and help you with any lost packages.
