EU Customer Notice

UPDATE NOV 2025:

It seems I am able to sell my pins to the EU due to my products having been on the market before the new GPSR regulations. Just need to confirm a few details but hopefully I will be able to resume shipping to the EU in full! I am also exploring my own IOSS options via Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, as of 2025 I am unable to fulfil orders to the EU. I have previously paid for abide by regulations such as VerpackG but as a sole trader I simply can't afford the costs associated with GPSR that are now required of all businesses, regardless of size.

I am truly sorry for any disappointment caused. Sadly, this also applies to Northern Ireland. 

If you are ever in Scotland, Wales or England on holiday and would like to place an order, please let me know. I'm happy to take advance orders and to send them to your holiday accommodation while you're here. 

Otherwise I am truly sorry to be unable to sell to you any more. I greatly appreciate the support of all my EU customers who have helped me pursue this passion. Rest assured that should I ever be able to sell in compliance with GPSR, I will resume selling to the EU immediately after.
