We use FCS Certified vinyl paper, meaning the raw paper is sourced from responsibly managed forests.
All stickers are laminated to increase longevity, with the choice of finish. They are hand-made and packed by myself and Rory in our home studio.

For best results, clean and dry the surface thoroughly before applying the sticker.
Allow 24 hours for the sticker to 'settle' before heavy handling or washing.
Hand-wash stickers on water bottles to extend their lifetime.
When not in use, keep stickers out of direct sunlight as UV will inevitably cause stickers to fade.
If you're applying the sticker to a tablet or phone, try applying it directly to the device and covering the device with a clear phone/tablet case to protect the stickers from excessive wear.
Avoid leaving the sticker exposed to extreme heat as this can cause the adhesive to melt.
TARIFFS & IMPORT DUTY
TARIFFS & IMPORT DUTY
USA: Since 2026, goods imported from the UK to the US are subject to a 10% - 12.5% tariff.
To streamline the process for you, we add the cost of the tariff to the price for US customers and use the Royal Mail's "Delivery Duty Paid" service. Essentially, we collect the tariff and forward it to the Royal Mail, who then pay it to the relevant authorities in the USA.
EU/EEA: Due to Brexit, goods exported from the UK to the EU may be subject to VAT and a Customs handling fee. If you prefer to know the costs upfront, you can shop at my Etsy store. However, be aware that my listings are more expensive there to account for Etsy's high fees, so it may not necessarily be cheaper than ordering from my store. I can't advise as to the VAT + customs fees for individual countries, so it's up to you.
Rory and I are exploring the feasibility of registering for IOSS to make things easier on EU customers!
